Feminism? All Hail to that.

Since Emma Watson's UN speech about women's rights and social equality (and if you don't know what  I'm talking about check here) there has been an HUGE fuzz about this issue.
This is something that should give the right importance. It's not something we should think about and do absolutely nothing. Every single woman has her right to education, life, choices and mainly... the right to her voice.

Of course there are people that don't agree with this big scary word that feminism is, but it is only scary mainly because they don't really understand or know what feminism is.
In my opinion, feminism is the equality between women and men, not only at work but also daily. It is about how your sexual genre shouldn't define who you are and who you should be. I think about this many times and it's an issue that makes me feel angry sometimes. When it comes to women, it seems that we can't both in the "beautiful" , "intelligent" or "hard working" concepts. It seems like we can only choose one, and it is absolutely RIDICULOUS. I wish I could say it is only said and thought by older generations but it's not true at all. This new generations are even worse when it comes to the definition of the word WOMAN.
And this is not only with the male sex, it is also with women that keep objectifying the women's body and posture, taking all the credit for those who keep working altruistically every single day for a bigger plan, I'm talking about all the women that work in the Science departments, Human Relation's, Medicine, Justice and also Mothers. We tend to forget the women that raise us. That chose to stay home and make sure that their kids grew with the best education possible. It doesn't mean that a woman is less feminist that other just because she chose to stay home and have kids, it's all about the choices.
It is a right of a woman to chose to work and be the best at it, to choose to stay home and have kids and also to manage to do both.

Please, if you want to be part of this movement go to: http://www.heforshe.org/ and help us to share the right meaning of this concept.

Many celebrities have been supporting this concept such as Beyoncé, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Karl Lagerfeld, Tom Hiddleston and Pharrell Williams have spoken about this and call themselves true feminists.

  1. All women speak two languages:
    the language of men
and the language of silent suffering.
    Some women speak a third,
    the language of queens.

    Specially for you!<3 <3
