Make your day ea-sy.


Stressing because you feel like you won't have time for nothing and you have this world and beyond to do? It's easy to solve it!
Have you ever tried to make a real schedule for your day? I'm not talking about just making a list of what you have to do, but a REAL schedule.
Instead of wasting all that time in bed thinking "omg there's soooooo much to do tomorrow", plan your day by:

- Sorting priorities. Of course that watching the latest episode of your fav series is a major deal, but don't forget to study first. You can still watch your episode later at lunch or even before going to bed.

- Studying?! Much to study and don't know where to begin? Why not everyday do a bit of everything that is important instead of doing everything in one day? It get's easier and less tiring for you and it's good because you'll revise everyday what you've been studying.

- FOOD! It's one of the most important factors of your day, the main rule is to NEVER skip a meal! If you're going to be working your brain and moving around, you'll need the right components to furfill everything you need to do. In the morning, eat some oat meal or a fruit-rich shake. It will boost your energy, give you strength and concentration during the morning. And if you also need a morning snack try a sliced apple with cinnamon. At lunch, try to eat a really good meal, with many veggies and fruit. At dinner, your metabolism will work slowly so try to eat something soft like a soup or even a spinach shake, it will make you feel like you've eaten but not in the way you'll fill you can't do anything more.

- Take time for your mind. Take an hour or two to have time for yourself. Go for a walk, for an icecream, coffe or a drink with friends, take a nap or just read a good book. But this is really important for you, because after that busy day, you'll feel like you also had time to breathe slowly.

- Workout that bum!! It's normal to leave this part behind everyday because you're feeling like your dead, but why not do some squatts before going to bed? It will take 10min of your time and add a special touch to your body!


But the very most important thing... Do EVERYTHING with your Macchiato by your side.
